Information for authors of the GRUR Patent
The launch of the Unified Patent Court on June 1, 2023, marks a new era in German, European and international patent law. Also in June 2023, the publishing house C.H.BECK has launched a new patent law magazine - the “GRUR Patent”. The GRUR Patent appears monthly and is published by the German Association for Intellectual Property and Copyright in cooperation with the Federal Association of German Patent Attorneys. Professor Dornis is academic editor of the journal.
